Do I need to wear Hushme on my face all the time?

No, it would be best if you locked the mask over your mouth only when you need to make a private phone call in an open space environment. There`s no need to wear it all the time. You also can carry the device on your neck unlocked and people around perceive it as a typical Wireless Connection hands-free headset or headphones.

What about hygiene when using Hushme?

You will wear the mask a few times a day, so you do not need to clean it more often than traditional over-the-ear headphones. Besides , Hushme has a replaceable mouthpiece, which you can clean or replace at any time.

Can Hushme muffle my voice 100%?

Everything depends on the volume of your voice. The mask’s primary purpose is to make your conversation incomprehensible to others and reduce the noise level as you speak. Of course, if you talk in a low voice, others will likely hear nothing.

Can I use Hushme with fixed lines?

Yes, if your communication device allows you to connect Hushme with a 3.5 mm mini-jack cable or via Wireless Connection.

Can I use Hushme with a third-party headset?

Yes, you can use the Hushme adapter as a microphone and a headset as a headphone if you use the included 3.5mm mini-jack cable. Or you can connect a third-party headset to Hushme via the 3.5 mm mini-jack of your headset, and connect Hushme to the device you need via Wireless Connection.

Why do I need a vertical strap?

A properly worn additional vertical strap will make you more comfortable wearing the mask over long periods of time.
